Chromebook control

I’m using an iPad to control a chromebook but whilst I can view the chromebook screen I’m unable to do anything other than move the blue finger pointer.

Any suggestion please?

    Hi @Dunbliss,

Thank you for your post and welcome to our community.

For connections to iOS devices, it is possible to connect to apps that have the TeamViewer Screen sharing SDK for iOS integrated or use the Screen Sharing functionality of the regular TeamViewer QuickSupport App for iOS. In other words, currently you can only use the screen-sharing features "View and show" when connecting to a Chromebook device. Please kindly check out our KBA: Connections From Mobile to Mobile Devices for more information.

    Kind regards,

    Fiona

  • Ok, so does view & show mean I can view the chromebook screen from my iPad & point at various icons etc but I can’t actually click on anything?

  • Does anyone have a solution please?

Hello! I'm need to access chromebook, but when I'm access chromebook, blackscreen is showed. Sometimes during access, screen QS TeamViewer is showed, like in the attached image, but not Chromebook menu.
