Chromebook extension for Teamviewer cannot log in on my account

When I use the Teamviewer extension for my chromebook (got it in 'webstore'), I cannot log in to my Teamviewer account. So I can not use my account. That is why Teamviewer thinks that I am not paying for their services, which is not correct. I have an account which I pay for... 

Now I cannot use my Teamviewer services because I am being disconnected for the reason that I am accused of commercial use. It is commercial use.... I pay for it... 

What am I doeing wrong?
