Company continuity

I have been using TeamViewer since before it was called TeamViewer 1. While there has been many changes to the program, there have been more changes to the structure of the company. I have always played by the rules and my use is non-commercial. It seems that every few years the group that monitors non-commercial use gets a new manager and feels it's his duty to put more and more pressure on the non-commercial users. If you don't want them just say so. Also, it seems that the new manager wipes the database clean because it's a mess. For example this device I am using has been a trusted device for five years and today it wasn't. And it appears that the evidence of the three previous successful efforts to request non-commercial use have been wiped away.
