Computer listed on buddy list but not management console

I've been adding computers to our corporate account and until today had no issues.  Today I have one computer that tells me it's already in my buddy list (and if I sign into the buddy list on my computer, it is indeed there and in the correct group), but I cannot find it within the web-based management console.  It does not appear in the group nor if I search for it through all groups (using either Nickname or the ID). 

 

If I go to Connection Reports under the All group, the computer shows up (since I connected to it through the Buddy List) but if I choose the "Go To Computer" option, I get taken back to  Computers and Contacts and the only thing displayed is the message "No matching computers or contacts found."
