Connection stuck at Connecting...

I have a commercial license for remote access to three computers. Recently I am unable to connect one of them from home. Two others do not have any issues. All of them use Ubuntu and my home computer has Windows 10. How to trace the problem and fix it? Thanks for your help!
No problem to ping the following addresses from the remote computer.
ping3.teamviewer.com
master.teamviewer.com
a public Google DNS such as 8.8.8.8
