Hi, I had to reinstall, haven't used it in a long time. When I try to sign in, It doesn't seem to recognize my internet connection. I am able to go to the TV site and sign in, but through the program, it just gives me a  not connected window. Never had this problem before,  can anyone help me please? Is it my 'Internet' Connection it is referring to?  Thnx
