Does the Teamviewer ACCOUNTS Team EXIST? I have ZERO Replies to 5 submitted Tickets

Does anyone know how I can get hold of the Teamviewer Accounts team to confirm if they have cancelled my subscription? I have submitted 5 tickets requesting cancellation of my subscription at the end of the current paid term and i have received ZERO replies.

When you call the Australian contact number they keep telling me that my ticket has been escalated or some long story for an excuse. When you press 4 for the "Accounts" they put you through to the customer service team who have their hands tied behind their backs and all they do is read from a script.

Seriously ....
