Drawing in AutoCad

When i draw in Autocad i see the normal crosshair of autocad, but there is a normal arrow above. 
Somebody that knows how to turn uit off?

    No response from anyone in two years. The same issue ongoing in ACAD 2020 in Sept. 2020. What's the point of this Forum? I bet I'll get better answers by just Googling.

    It's pathetic that TeamViewer won't have an 'expert' monitoring the Forum so clients won't sit two years with no feedback. 

    I won't be back unless someone in the company reaches out to me.
