Email Address Already in Use

I deleted/removed an account, but now need to create it again.  But, I am getting the email address is already in use.  How do I get past this popup and create the account?

    have you tried to reset your password from the email address you know? https://login.teamviewer.com -> I forgot my password
    If you have access to the associated mailbox, you should be able to recover access to the previously created account.

    For example, if your inbox is business-type and the company has a TeamViewer license, it may have automatically created it for you.

    It's a possibility.
