Error message

I have access to six computers. After logging onto one of them via Teamviewer for about 15 minutes, I received the error message "Unexpected Trap: Timer Should be Shut Off". What do I need to do to resolve this?
I'm not doing anything I would't be able to do in person. I guess I'm not sure what else anyone would need to know.

    Try getting a new version of windows. I know ir says windows xp is supported but it dosent mean that it is stable. Its worth the investment.
