Help please, locked out of account: password reset not working

Hello,

I have tried to reset my password several times but it doesn't work. It says I am being sent a security code but I never receive the code. I've tried 10 times or so. I was told that I need a Mods help with this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I had to create a secondary account just to ask this question, so this is not the account I need help with.
