ISP blocking Teamviewer

It looks like my local library's ISP is blocking access to Teamviewer. I am trying to Teamviewer to access my home desktop from my laptop from the library. 

While connected to the WiFi I cannot login into my account through the desktop program, nor can I access teamviewer.com, status.teamviewer.com, community.teamviewer.com or any other website associated with Teamviewer. 

At the same time, I can access the websites from my phone on 4G, but also cannot access them from my phone when I connect the phone to the WiFi. 

Is there a way to avoid this? The library staff is clueless about internet things, so they cannot really help me.
