My subscription (account ending in 1820) was inadvertently renewed on 13 January (today).  I wish to exercise the 7 day cancellation option.  Thank you.

    If you wish to terminate your subscription, please submit a ticket at the latest 28 days prior to the renewal date. Or your subscription will renew automatically.
