Issue with remote control with Sony Xperia XZ2

Hi, I'm having an issue with remote control using TeamViewer 14 to remote control my Sony Xperia XZ2. When the phone asked me to allow access for remote control and I clicked allow, the phone shows that it has been connected successfully but on the PC end it keeps showing that it's connecting to my phone's id number xx.xxx.xxx. The phone screen won't show up in the PC end. However the file transfer is working as normal, which means at least they are connected.
It was working properly a few hours before the problem occurred. The only thing seems to be changed was that the phone's system had been updated to Android 52.0.A.3.84 (then further updated to 52.0.A.3.202).
Any one has any clue how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.
