Just purchased a license but not recieved any emails

I have just purchased a 1 user license for Teamviewer and am yet to recieve any emails with any license attached, I have created a teamviewer account with the email I purchased the license with and it's still showing

    Hello there, 

    I feel your pain friend. I recommend you seek a refund immediately. 

    If you check through my posts you'll see why. 

    Don't make the same mistake I did by trying to resolve this in any other way. Save yourself the trouble, request the refund and seek a different solution to your remote access needs.
