License not renewed

Hello!

We renewed the license for the **Please Do Not Post Email Addresses** account **Please Do Not Post Personal Information**, but the license was not renewed. The **Please Do Not Post Email Addresses** account is listed as free, how can we solve this problem?

    I get the same issue, when connecting I get the message that my licence or my partenair' licence is bloqued, don't understant as my licence is still valid till Nov 2020.
