License reactivating after Windows upgrade
Hello,
I have business account of Teamviewer 13. I have some available device changes I thinh it was 10 after purchase). But after Windows upgrade I am always notified that I have to activate this computer - so I have to deactivate device and activate it again, but number of possible device changes is decreased. For now I have no problem, but after few new upgrades I will have the problem. Could somebody help me with it?

Hi gophercze,
It sounds like you have a switching ID. This can happen when hard- or software changed on the machine. I have to look in the logfiles to give you a solution - please answer to my PM

Yes, TeamViewer ID has changed.
