Locking Cursor so you can play Games

Hi, I have a question if you can lock your cursor so you have 100% control.

For example, I'm trying to control my Pc (Windows 10) And play games when I'm not home but I don't work because the Pc locks the cursor but the controlling Computer doesn't lock its cursor and there doesn't seem to be a way to lock it in place. I understand that Teamviewer isn't really for games but its the best thing right now and I really hope you could put a Cursor Lock function in. 

For more specifics:

Pc that's getting controlled let's call it RPC and The controlling pc CPC.

The RCP enters a game that Locks cursor. CPC Doesn't lock cursor and the game doesn't work.
