Log File

I installed version 12 on my mother's computer but still have version 11 on mine.  When I try to update I get a message that says, "An error occured while updating TeamViewer. Please check log file for more information."

I found the log file and there is plenty of information in there but I have no idea how to decode it or what I am supposed to do with it.
