Merge two corporate accounts / transfer license
We currently have two corporate accounts activated under different licenses, one was created by an employee who no longer works for the company and we would like to transfer that license over (it is the newer one) or merge the two accounts, how can this be done?

Thank you for your post.
Unfortunately it is not possible to simply merge 2 different company profiles.
You would need to remove the users from one of the company profiles (This does not delete them) then add them back into the Company profile you want to keep.
The best way to do this would be
- log in as the administrator of the Company Profile to be deleted. Log in here: https://login.teamviewer.com/nav/users
- Click the options button next to each of the accounts (Apart from the Administrator) and select "Remove user" then confirm. This will not delete the account, just remove them from company profile and make them a free account.
- Click the options button next to the admin account and select "Remove user" then confirm. This will delete the company profile.
- Each user including the previous admin will need to go here: https://login.teamviewer.com/cmd/joincompany
- Enter the email address of the administrator of the Company profile that still exists and accept the transfer.
- The administrator of the Company profile that still exists needs to log into https://login.teamviewer.com/nav/users
- Accept the accounts into the company profile.
-Notes-
- Connection reports of the delete company profile will be lost.
- No Groups or shared contacts will be affected
- Whitelists that grant access to the delete company profile will block all access if not removed before this change
