Microphone on Client to Microphone on Host

Hi,

I record training videos and we use skype as a communication tool. Problem is I would like to remote in and have skype and the video / screen capture tool installed and running on the host computer, but it won't recognize the microphone devices on my client. I can hear audio in my headset from things playing on the host on my headset on the client, but can't pass any microphone information across. How can I do this?
