    Yes - this is a weird one for me, but on the computer into which I was dialing, the mouse tends to jump around constantly so that it keeps taking over control of the computer. I still haven't gotten a new mouse, but probably should.

    Hello!

    I got the same problem, and what is actually worked for me is the "Send CTRL+ALT+DEL" command. The remoted computer was completely under my control after i clicked on that. I dont know if it works for you too, but it worts to try at least.

     lo resolvi de la siguiente manera. abrir la aplicacion movil, me conecte al equipo remoto, le di al boton de herramientas y seleccione la opcion bloquear las entradas del usuario remoto. y funciono



    I solved it as follows.

I opened the mobile application, I connected to the remote computer, I hit the tools button and selected the option to block the inputs of the remote user.

and it worked
