Need moderator discrete data issue

I need to reach a moderator or submit a ticket regarding a  issue. Would prefer to be discrete is there a way I can do so as a long time private user of teamviewer?  BTW it's the best for keeping both my parent and my in-laws computers running when we haven't time to go fix whatever they've done now.  We appreciate your product!
