No Audio or Gamepad

Using Teamviewer on a Samsung Chromebook Bro I can easily stream even online games from my Windows 10 PC, however two things have never worked:

1.) Sound. Absolutely no audio has ever worked.
2.) Gamepads. Or, really, any peripheral other than a keyboard or mouse that's connected to the Chromebook. If I connect a second keyboard or mouse that works perfectly, but nothing else ever does. Not even the touchscreen functionality of the Chromebook.

In fact, I'm currently on teamviewer accessing my windows 10 computer writing this without any lag whatsoever, but no audio or gamepad settings can be found. I've had these problem in version 12.0.83369 and just updated to 13.2.14327 and still have the issue.

What steps, if any, can be taken to resolve either issue?

EDIT: Why is the forum setup to explicitly not search for any topic with the word gamepad in it? If you search for gamepad it searches for gamed instead and you have to tell it you want to search for gamepad. Seems weird.
