No mail for Device Authorization

Hi,

I have used Teamviewer for several years. I have used the same account and added and removed several of my computers to it. For some months ago a problem started for me. After I reinstalled one of my laptops I wasn´t able to log in to Teamviewer application because it wasn´t a truested device. I should get an email for accept the new computer as before but no mail comes. I have tried this for several months now at several computers and also via the web console but no mail come. I can´t find the mail in my email provides spam folder so I created a new mail alias pointed to my mail box and created a new Teamviewer account. When I add new computer to this account I got verficiation mail for new computers. 

I have no idea how I should go furhter with this, I want to keep using my old Teamviewer account with my mail but Teamviewer is not able to send any mail to it. Is it possible for someone at Teamviewer to check on my account and see if any problem are in their system?
