No video from remote computer when doing video chat

I can connect perfectly to a remote computer using Mac OS on the remote and local machine. However, video is not working. In settings, I can see that the video capture device is working on both machines, but the remote machine is not receiving or sending any video. The remote machine is behind a WatchGuard M200 firewall with fairly standard configuration. Any help would be appreciated.
