Not Receiving Device Activation/Confirmation Email

Hi,

I'm attempting to login to Teamviewer on my account (not this one) but receive the message that I need to confirm that this device can be trusted. It's been about an hour and I haven't received an email, I've checked my junk mailbox as well.

I also attempted to activate two-factor as a workaround, but that required me to login as well.

Any help would be appreciated!

    Sorry for the confusion, I meant a trusted-device activation email. I'll open a ticket with them. Thanks for the help!

    Same issue here. Not receiving trusted-device activation emails. Also tried changing my email and I don't receive the validation email. 
    Can you please whitelist my email address ASAP? Thanks.

    Hi JeanK,

    I have purchased my software this afternoon, but no activation key was received.  I have logged off my software and logged back in and the status is still showing as Trial version *expired*  Can you assist please?

    I have received my activation code, it was sent today after 10am.  TeamViewer is now working.
