Not received my activation key

I received an email with my payment confirmation. The email reads that I will be receiving another email with an activation key. I have not received anything yet.

If you are a Remote Access plan new user, please send your invoice number/email address via Private Message so we can investigate it for you.

If you have purchased other licenses, please kindly call our support team to get it sorted.
