Password is re-setting, getting kicked off of teamviewer

Hi,

 

I am working remotely and using teamviewer to access our work's server. For some reason, I keep getting kicked off of Teamviewer. The password will re-set on it's own and I'm not able to log back in. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this?

Hello @ninap,

Thank you for your message. 🙌

In order to connect to your work server, you need to activate a TeamViewer license on your account.

Using the free version will kick you out a fter a few minutes/seconds.
