Problem with license

Hi! Strange thing happened to me yesterday. For unknown reason, TeamViewer decided, that I am using Free license for commercial use but I am 100% not. I am using TeamViewer to help my friends with their PCs instead. I also got a message in the iPhone application that my plan is being upgraded to Business plan but I didn't upgrade it. Therefore I can't use TeamViewer for my personal/NONcommercial staff anymore. What can I do?

    If you accidentally upgraded to Business license, I would recommend to check out our Knowledge Base article In-App purchase on iOS and find a solution ASAP.
