Quick support Session codes for multiple admins

Hi,

I think this is a really simple question / problem.

We upgraded to TV13, and I generated a QS file using the session code. It's great, but it only notifies me (Email and via the TV application when I'm logged in) and not my colleague. He is part of the same license. I see him in the portal as a member of the company. I can't see how or where I define him as a member of the team so he can take these sessions on?

    check:

    - that user will be part of same GROUP assigned to Session;

    - setting for "Notifications on assistance cases" from user panel;

    - Quick support customized (Automatic), always from user panel
