Remote Update not found in Teamviewer interface

I use a Business license Teamviewer from Mac and Linux computers. Co-workers (also with separate Business licenses) Teamview from Windows and Mac. My Mac seems to be the only one showing a Remote Update button in the interface. A co-worker using Mac and another using Windows do not see the button in their interfaces. Nor do I see it on the Linux app.

I've scrutinized the interfaces closely, and gone round-and-round the Knowledge Base reading the same articles about how to Remote Update, but it's hard to do that when there is no button or menu to initiate it! 

Am I (and my co-workers) the only ones seeing this, or have others run into this problem? Remote Updating works great when I trigger it from my Mac, never had a problem with it, but I shouldn't be the only one in the company able to do this.
