Remote computer locks on disconnect (Win 10)

I have been using TV for some time now on my Win 10 desktop and formerly Win 7 laptop. I just got a new Win 10 laptop and the 7 is gone. The brand new laptop with a fresh install of the latest version is locking every time I disconnect from it which I do not want. I am 100% sure it's set to never lock.

A 2nd issue, the new laptop also has all settings set to full access but every time I connect the Access control details window pops up and stays open. It shows scripts need permission to run but I don't see a way to allow scripts. It also seems safer getting permission. I have the same settings on my desktop and it doesn't do these things.
