Remote connection cursor does not appear on Mac/OS

I am running Teamviewer 14.1.18533 on my Windows 10 machine and I am remotely accessing an iMac running Teamviewer 13. Connection is fine and I can chat and see the other computer, but my mouse disappears whenever I move it anywhere on the remote desktop. I can see what my customer is doing, opening apps and other things, but I have no control over the remote computer. First time I've experienced this issue. I connect fine to hundreds of other customers and can control their machines. Is there a setting on the remote Teamviewer I should be aware of like "show remote cursor"? Please help. Thank you.
