Hi. Twice now I've recorded a remote control meeting (using TeamViewer) and the voice of the person I'm meeting with does not get saved to the recording, although my voice is recorded.
Any ideas why this is happening? TIA
Could you please clarify some details, like the Operating system on both sides, if you are receiving other sounds during the meeting from the remote computer?
There is also some menu settings int the Extras > Options > Audio menu and at Meetings menu. Have you checked is there is something enabled or disabled or muted?

Windows 10 on both sides. I cannot confirm if any audio was recorded from their side. It was just meeting, so their were no sounds, other than our voices, but only my voice was recorded.
I've checked all the settings and everything looks fine. By the way, I thought "Meetings" were completely different and separate to "Remote Control". Do "Meetings" settings have an affect on "Remote Control" sessions?
