Remote password

Hi,

We have a problem, we have a business Teamviewer. We have installed teamviewer on some pc`s. and place them in another country. when the installation finished we couldn`t log in to the pc. trough options and security we change the password to a static password that we use. Then we where able to log in. and now when we want to log in we arent able to do that because its asking for a password when we type the password in ot says its invalid
