Remote printing has stopped working

I've not been able to remote print for the past 2 weeks. I'm using the latest version 13.2.  I tried a fix from a previous post but it isn;t working. Still says I need to upgrade. I'm a free user but it should still work as per requirements listed below. 

Can anyone help?

Requirements

To be able to use these features, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You are using TeamViewer 13
  • You are a private user or own a TeamViewer 13 license
  • You have installed Windows 7 or later or macOS 10.10 or later
  • Remote printing driver is installed
  • Remote printing is activated within a session

    I am having the same problem.  Both computers are running Window 10 and both are running the current Teamview 13.  I have purchased the Teamview program.  It works on other computers I sign in to.  There is just one that will no longer print.  I have done what is suggested in the troubleshooting of remote printing and verified that the remote printing is installed on both computers.
