Same Partner ID

I'm on Jacks old PC. Jack is on his new PC. When I try to connect with Jack we have the same partner ID **Do Not Post TeamViewer IDs**

How can we connect?

    Thank you for your message and welcome to the TeamViewer Community! ?

    Having the same partner ID is not a problem, as long as your IDs that are under Your ID are different.

    If you want to remote control PC 2 from PC 1, you need to enter the ID of PC 2 (which you find under Your ID) in the partner's ID field of PC 1, and press Connect.

    If you do have the same TeamViewer ID (which is under Your ID), then please visit this article: How do I use TeamViewer on cloned systems? 
    It will explain you how to fix this.
