Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 SM-T377W

I'm tring to get Teamviewer Host to work on a Samsung Tab E 8". I have installed the app but when I run it, I get the message "Activating Remote control feature", but then reports "The remote feature is not currently enabled. Navigate to the app settings and choose Activate Remote Control" 

When I check the app settings in the app managment there is no settings to enable under permissions. However under SETTINGS , APPS, SPECIAL ACCESS, DEVICE ADMINISTRATORS there is a setting for "Enable remote control feature for Team Viewer" as an option. But even when I have this enabled I still get the same messages as above. Does anyone know if there is another setting to enable Remote Control ?.
