Sharing clipboard between my local and remote machines

I'd like be able to copy some text on my local machine and then paste it on my remote machine through Teamviewer. I used to be able to do this, but had to reinstall my local OS and a new version of Teamviewer and can no longer do this.
I looked online, but was not able to find a solution that worked for me.
My local machine runs Windows 10 Teamviewer v 15.5.6. My remote machine runs Ubuntu 16.04 Teamviewer v 15.1.3937.
