Sign In request failed! The server did not respond. Please try again.

I read through the previous threads on this issue, but was unsuccessful in finding an answer. I'm getting this message when trying to login on my mac. Both my PC and Phone are able to login without any problems and so was my mac until a few days ago. 

Sign In request failed! The server did not respond.
Please try again.

Anyone know what's going on?

I am having the same problem, but with my Windows 10 PC. My Debian 9 box works fine, as does my phone and tablet (both Android). I continue to receive the message with both accounts I have with Nephilus Technologies, but yet all but the Windows 10 PC sign in, and while on the same network.
