Team viewer access

I can no longer sign on to team viewer on my desk top. Please help. It shows error sign:  "Not ready. Please check yout connection".

Hey @Larryumuanya,

which version of Teamviewer are you using? Which OS are you running? A little more detail would be nice to help you :smileyhappy: Have you tried and restart teamviewer?

Also, if you're behind a proxy: Click on "Menu > Options > General" and check if your proxy is still configured.
