TeamViewer Remote Controls not working on RealWear HMT-1 Smart Glasses

Hi,

I have 2 pairs of RealWear smartglasses, HMT-1 and HMT-1Z1. I have managed to get the TeamWear remote controls working on the HMT-1Z1 glasses, but not on the HMT-1 glasses. Neither of these glasses have been upgraded to Firmware revision 11 yet, but are up to date on their respective version 10 firmwares. I have completed a full factory reset on the HMT-1 glasses, run the wireless firmware updates, and installed only TeamViewer host but it still didn't work. Any tips on this would be appreciated. HMT-1 is running firmware version 10.5.0-04-C.HMT-1.G.
