TeamViewer14 remote access

I had received the message that TeamViewer thought I was using the program for commercial use.  I was not.  I am now able to again see my remote computer, but cannot see the cursor.  Can someone give me **bleep**-proof  instructions on what settings I need to confirm so that I can use the cursor on my remote computer.

    Hi Barbara,

    can you check whether the following setting is enabled within your TeamViewer Software:

    Extras --> Options --> Remote Control --> Show your partner´s cursor
