Teamviewer 13 host on Raspberry does not work

Helllo,

I have installed the Teamviewer 13 host in my raspberry and everything is OK. The raspberry is ready for connecting. But when I try to connect from a different computer to my raspberry using temviewer after a while a obtain an error saying WaitforConnectFailed. Do you how to fix this problem?
