Teamviewer 14 ID still keeps changing after restarting Windows 10

Hi all, 

I'm running the latest TV (14.1) for personal use and the ID changes each time I restart my computer running Windows 10 Home. There have been other posts about this in the past, but couldn't find a proper solution to the problem form any of the past posts. Anyone else have the same issue recently or know of a recent fix?
