Teamviewer Disconnecting/Reconnecting randomly

Teamviewer installed on all 130 systems. When sitting at my PC I keep getting messages from Teamviewer to tell me someone's PC has just come on line. These PC's run 24/7 yet Teamviewer logs out and in again repeatedly for no apparent reason. When I'm at home trying to access my PC I generally get a message telling me its off line. That just means Teamviewer has disconnected randomly and for no apparent reason, so if I want to access my work PC from Home I need to be constantly watching my screen for a message telling me its on line. If i don't watch i won't know. What is causing this too happen and how can I fix it
