Teamviewer Latest version not showing ID or Password - Windows 10

Hi all,

I've download and installed Teamviewer Latest on my Windows 10 laptop and now i want to control this laptop from my Macbook however, when i open the program on my laptop it is not showing the ID or Password screen. I only get a pop asking for remote client ID

Action taken : Execute "run", type "services.msc" and press OK

Still no luck.
