Teamviewer Problems: User is unable to remote into another workstation from the Standard User Accoun

Hi,

One of our users has developed a problem with Teamviewer, where he can't remote into another persons workstation using his standard user account. When he tries to login using his standard account Teamviwer starts up but nothing else happens. However, when he does the same thing this using his Admin account it works first time.

I should point we use a third party application called Control Now  to remote into other peoples  machines. It  downloads a .TVC file that we then open using Teamviewer. I not sure what has caused the problem, but I have granted all users full permissions for the Logic Now folder and it's still not working.
