Help me, I have a problem about the maximum number of concurrent team sessions, has been reached

even though I am a personal user. no one accesses my teamviewer account.
My license: corporate 3 channels.

my question for how I forcibly delete
help> about teamviewer> use channel?

there are 3 IDs that I don't know. please

    Thank you for your message.

    I recommend you to follow these steps:

    1. Change the password of your TeamViewer account, so you make sure no one else will use your TeamViewer account.
    2. Contact our support team via opening a ticket or via phone and ask them to reset your channels, so you are sure all the IDs that are using your license get disconnected. As you changed the password of your account, a person who uses your account won't be able to connect again, once she logs out and tries to log in again.

    On other option would be to migrate your license to Tensor. This special license enables you through Conditional Access to have full control of what is happening in your TeamViewer network.

    I already did it.
    I changed my password, and I deleted all my trusted devices. and I now only log in 1 computer. but when I check, there are still IDs that use it
